The CRU Annual Yard Sale Was A Huge Success!

The 2nd annual CRU Spring Yard Sale was a huge success!    THANK YOU to everyone that donated items, helped organize, setup and sell at the event and especially to everyone that stopped by.  We saw volunteers, adopters and other friends of CRU.

We had beautiful weather and had a load of fun. We also raised about $850, and helped clean out a lot of closets and garages!

Special thanks to Leslie Gerlich, Anna Krolikowski, Lani Frost, Mike & Sandy Fitzpatrick, Ariana & Michele Giles and Bill Zucco for helping to load, unload & transport items and for setting up at 6:30AM.

Kudos to Sandy Fitzpatrick for taking some of the unsold “kitty themed” items to the Walk for the Animals event, on Sunday, and raising another $300+.

The funds raised from these two events will be used to purchase new Kuranda cat trees and beds for our two shelters.
